A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE RIVIERA BEACH COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY (“AGENCY”) APPROVING THE SECOND MODIFICATION TO THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE AGENCY AND THE PITTMAN LAW GROUP (“CONSULTANTS”) OF TALLAHASSEE, FLORIDA, TO PROVIDE ADVOCACY AND LOBBYING SERVICES IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $60,000.00; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

VIDEO10.A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE RIVIERA BEACH COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY ("AGENCY") AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF CHANGE ORDER NO.  NINE (9) INCREASING THE GUARANTEED MAXIMUM PRICE FOR THE COMPLETE CONSTRUCTION OF THE PHASE ONE MARINA PROJECT BY $295,889.00 AND AUTHORIZING EXPENDITURE OF $386,975 FROM THE PROJECT GMP CONTINGENCY BUDGET FOR CHANGE ORDER NO. NINE; AND OTHER PURPOSES; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
