A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE RIVIERA BEACH COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY (“AGENCY”) AUTHORIZING STAFF TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH ALL-SITE CONSTRUCTION, INC. TO PROVIDE CONSTRUCTION SERVICES TO COMPLETE PHASE I OF THE REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE AGENCY OWNED PROPERTIES AT 2601 & 2615 BROADWAY; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE RIVIERA BEACH COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY (THE AGENCY) AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT FOR SALE AND PURCHASE WITH GERALD PROPERTIES, LLC (SELLER") FOR PROPERTY LOCATED BETWEEN 12th  AND 13TH STREETS FRONTING ON BROADWAY AS IS MORE SPECIFICALLY DESCRIBED IN THE AGREEMENT; PROVIDING FOR ACCEPTANCE OF A SALE PRICE OF ONE MILLION NINE HUNDRED AND SEVENTY FIVE THOUSAND AND NO/CENTS DOLLARS ($1,975,000.00), PLUS APPLICABLE CLOSING COSTS; DIRECTING AND AUTHORIZING THE CHAIRMAN AND EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TO TAKE SUCH ACTIONS AS SHALL BE NECESSARY AND CONSISTENT TO CARRY OUT THE INTENT AND DESIRE OF THE AGENCY; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

VIDEO7.A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE RIVIERA BEACH COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY (THE "AGENCY") APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICE AGREEMENT FOR INFORMATIONAL TECHNOLOGY SERVICES BETWEEN CONSTANT COMPUTING, LLC ("CONSTANT COMPUTING") AND THE AGENCY FOR A TERM OF THREE YEARS WITH A ONE-YEAR OPTION, FOR AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $85,140.00 WITH A 9% CONTINGENCY FOR A TOTAL ANNUAL AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $92,802.60; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

Please be reminded that the CRA Board of Commissioners has adopted "Rules of Decorum Governing Public Conduct during Official Meetings", which has been posted at the entrance of the Council Chambers. In an effort to preserve order, if any of the rules are not adhered to, the Commission Chair may have any disruptive speaker or attendee removed from the podium, from the meeting and/or the building, if necessary. Please govern yourselves accordingly.
