W 13-08 WITH TOWN OF JUPITER FOR  ON-CALL CONTRACT SERVICES FOR UTILITY INFRASTRUCTURE REPAIRS AND IMPROVEMENTS SERVICES; AUTHORIZING THE UTILITY DISTRICT CHAIRPERSON AND DISTRICT CLERK TO EXECUTE THIS CONTRACT; AUTHORIZING THE FINANCE DIRECTOR TO MAKE PAYMENT FROM THE CONTRACT SERVICES-SEWER ACCOUNT LINE ITEM 411-1438-535-0-3405 AT A COST NOT TO EXCEED  $500,000.00  ANNUALLY; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
