PLEASE TAKE NOTICE AND BE ADVISED that if any interested person desires to appeal any decision made by the Utility Special District Board of Directors with respect to any matter considered at this meeting, such interested person, at own expense, will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based, pursuant to F.S. 286.0105.

VIDEO1.RESOLUTION NO. ______ A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF RIVIERA BEACH UTILITY SPECIAL DISTRICT, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING EMERGENCY REPAIRS TO THE SANITARY SEWER MAIN FROM 15TH STREET TO 16TH STREET ON AVENUE E; AND IMMEDIATE REPLACEMENT OF THE SANITARY SEWER MANHOLE IS REQUIRED IN THE INTERSECTION OF GARDEN ROAD AND E. INDUSTRIAL WAY BY  JOHNSON-DAVIS, INC. WHO IS APPROVED AS THE EMERGENCY ON CALL CONTRACTOR APPROVED BY RESOLUTION 20-17UD, ON OCTOBER 30, 2017 FOR EMERGENCY INFRASTRUCTURE REPAIRS AND IMPROVEMENTS SERVICES; AUTHORIZING THE UITILITY SPECIAL DISTRICT’S EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT; AND AUTHORIZING THE UTILITY SPECIAL DISTRICT’S FINANCE DIRECTOR TO MAKE PAYMENT FROM THE  CIP ROADWAY ACCOUNT LINE ITEM 413-1430-533-0-6301 IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $750,000.00; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
