9.e Ordinance Number 4199: An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Riviera Beach, Florida, amending the Code of Ordinances, Chapter 20 (Utilities), Article V (Water), Division II, Cross Connection Control, to enact cross connection control regulations to protect the City’s drinking water system from contaminants; providing a conflicts clause; providing a codification clause; providing a severability clause; providing a savings clause; and providing an effective date.

11.b Resolution Number 083-23: A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Riviera Beach, Palm Beach County, Florida, setting the maximum millage rate for the City of Riviera Beach for Fiscal Year 2023/2024 at a rate of 8.3500 mills; setting the date, time, and place of the first public hearing; and providing for an effective date.

11.c Resolution Number 095-23: A Resolution of the City Council, of the City of Riviera Beach, Palm Beach County Florida, approving site plan application number (SP-23-0009) from the City of Riviera Beach (Applicant); for a request of a major site plan approval; to allow for a proposed new 2 - story fire station & emergency operation center for the City of Riviera Beach; to replace the existing fire station number 87 located at the City Hall Complex; and providing for an effective date and for other purposes.
