7.a Resolution Number 20-23UD: A Resolution of the Board of Directors of the City of Riviera Beach Utility Special District, Palm Beach County, Florida, recommending the approval of an agreement between the Utility Special District (District) and Raftelis Financial Consultants, Inc. to provide utility rate and financial consulting services; authorizing the District Chairperson and District Clerk to execute this agreement; authorizing the District Finance Director to make payment from account 41131101-531000 Contract Services not to exceed $60,000 and providing an effective date.

7.b Resolution Number 27-23UD: A Resolution of the Board of Directors of the City of Riviera Beach Utility Special District, Palm Beach County, Florida, recommending the approval of an agreement between the Utility Special District (District) and Raftelis Financial Consultants, Inc. to provide utility impact fee consulting services; authorizing the District Chairperson and District Clerk to execute this agreement; authorizing the District Finance Director to make payment from account 41131101-531000 Contract Services not to exceed $24,600 and providing an effective date.

7.d Resolution Number 24-23UD: A Resolution of the Board of Directors of the City of Riviera Beach Utility Special District, Palm Beach County, Florida, approving, on an emergency basis, the proposal from Brown & Caldwell to perform supplemental analysis and aquifer modelling in response to South Florida Water Management District’s additional information requests regarding the modifications to the Utility Special District’s Consumptive Use Permit Application; authorizing the Utility Special District Finance Director to make payments from project number 23039, in an amount not to exceed $159,373.00; and providing an effective date.
