9.d Ordinance Number 4234: An Ordinance of the City Council of Riviera Beach, Palm Beach County, Florida, approving a request from Safe Harbor Marinas requesting an abandonment (AB-22-0002) of the following right-ofway segments: first, a portion of Avenue C; second, a portion of East 21st Street; in Riviera Beach, Florida (“Attachment A”); and providing for an effective date and for other purposes.

11.a Resolution Number 106-23: A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Riviera Beach, Palm Beach County, Florida awarding Bid Number 1088-23- 3 to E-RoadMap Corporation to provide Urban Agricultural Farm and Botanical Garden Management Services in the amount of $36,000.00; authorizing the Director of Finance and Administrative Services to make payment from Account Number 10170102-552000; and providing an effective date.

11.g Resolution Number 110-23: A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Riviera Beach, Palm Beach County, Florida, authorizing the health care coverage with Cigna Health Care of Florida and authorizing the Director of Finance to make payments from various department accounts up to the amount equal to $1,179.15 a month per employee for the Fiscal Year 2023/2024 totaling an estimated annual amount of $8,280,8814 and providing for an effective date October 1, 2023.
