11.a Resolution Number 133-23: A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Riviera Beach, Palm Beach County, Florida authorizing the City of Riviera Beach Procurement Department to participate in the procurement of goods and services that have been publicly solicited by other governmental entities; authorizing the use and purchase of Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts and products, proprietary and sole source goods and services, utilization of renewal options when available, annual service, maintenance and repair agreements routinely used in daily departmental operations for Fiscal Year 2024-2029; authorizing the City Manager to execute services agreements including renewal agreements within his award authority; and COMMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC - 7:30 PM Non-Agenda Item Speakers (Three- Minute Limitation) Public Comments shall begin at 7:30 PM unless there is no further business of the City Council, which in that event, it shall begin sooner.
