8.a Ordinance Number 4259: An Ordinance of The City Council of The City of Riviera Beach, Palm Beach County, Florida, approving an application (ZA23-0004) from Thermo King of the Southeast – Palm Beach requesting a Zoning Map Amendment from a “CG” Commercial General zoning district designation to an “IG” Industrial General zoning district designation located at 6870 and 6900 North Military Trail (Property Control Numbers - PCNs: 56-42-42-36-22-000-0010 and 56-42-42-36-00-000-1050); and providing for an effective date and for other purposes.

8.b Ordinance Number 4258: An Ordinance of The City Council of The City of Riviera Beach, Palm Beach County, Florida, approving a small-scale Future Land Use (FLU) Map Amendment to The City of Riviera Beach Comprehensive Plan, approving an application (LU-23-0003) from Thermo King of the southeast – Palm Beach located at 6870 and 6900 North Military Trail (Property Control Numbers – PCNs: 56-42-42-36-22-000-0010 and 56- 42-42-36-00-000-1050); on approximately +/- 3.44 acres (+/- 149,846.4 square feet) requesting a land use designation from Commercial (COM) to a land use designation of Industrial (IND); and providing for an effective date and for other purposes.

9.a Ordinance Number 4250: An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Riviera Beach, Palm Beach County, Florida, Substantially Amending Chapter 19, “Traffic and Motor Vehicles” to create a new truck route procedure which authorizes the City Council to establish areas in the City where certain truck traffic is prohibited; to create a new City-wide parking administration system and enterprise fund which system's rates and fees shall be set by resolution of the City Council; To add new and clarify existing parking regulations throughout the City; Creating new municipal beach area parking regulations and parking regulations for City parking garages; Creating a new parking enforcement procedure; creating a new towing, impounding, and immobilization process; Removing provisions which are outdated and/or no longer enforced; And for other purposes; providing for conflicts, severability, codification, and an effective date.

9.b Ordinance Number 4255: An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Riviera Beach, Palm Beach County, Florida approving an Application (ZA23-0007) from Foundcare Inc. (Applicant); requesting a Zoning Map Amendment from a Downtown Residential District Zoning Designation (DR) and a Single-Family Dwelling Zoning District RS-6 to rezone the western portion of the subject property to a Downtown General (DG) zoning designation located at 3501 Broadway (Property Control Numbers 56-43-42-28-30-001-0010 and 56-43-42-28-00-001-0160); and providing for an effective date and for other purposes.

11.a Resolution Number 18-24: A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Riviera Beach, Palm Beach County, Florida, authorizing the sale and transfer of retired K-9 Police Dog “Gin” in the amount of $1.00 and authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the Bill of Sale; and providing an effective date.

11.b Resolution Number 2-24: A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Riviera Beach, Palm Beach County, Florida, authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute an open end master lease agreement with Enterprise Fleet Management and to facilitate the ongoing replacement of the City's annual capital fleet budget allocation; authorizing the Director of Finance and Administrative Services to make annual lease and maintenance payments for the same; and providing for an effective date.
