8.a Ordinance Number 4250: An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Riviera Beach, Palm Beach County, Florida, Substantially Amending Chapter 19, “Traffic and Motor Vehicles” to create a new truck route procedure which authorizes the City Council to establish areas in the City where certain truck traffic is prohibited; to create a new City-wide parking administration system and enterprise fund which system's rates and fees shall be set by resolution of the City Council; To add new and clarify existing parking regulations throughout the City; Creating new municipal beach area parking regulations and parking regulations for City parking garages; Creating a new parking enforcement procedure; creating a new towing, impounding, and immobilization process; Removing provisions which are outdated and/or no longer enforced; And for other purposes; providing for conflicts, severability, codification, and an effective date.

9.a Ordinance Number 4259: An Ordinance of the City Council Of The City Of Riviera Beach, Palm Beach County, Florida, amending City Code Of Ordinances Chapter 31 – Zoning, on behalf of Second Avenue Properties (Applicant), approving a rezoning amendment application (ZA-23-0010), to rezone A +/- .1127 acre parcel located At 30 E. 22nd Court (PCN 56-43-42- 28-15-000-1290) and a +/- 0.1466 acre portion of 2230 Broadway (Parcel 128) PCN 56-43-42-28-15-000-0170. from a Single Family Dwelling District (RS-8) to a Downtown Core Zoning District (Dc); providing For Applicability, Conflicts, Severability And Codification; and providing for an effective date.

11.a Resolution Number 54-24: A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Riviera Beach, Palm Beach County, Florida, authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a three-year Master Agreement between Lexipol LLC and the City of Riviera Beach and Riviera Beach Fire Rescue for policy and procedures creation and ongoing maintenance of such policies and procedures: in the amount of $107,002.42; and providing an effective date.

11.b Resolution Number 17-24: A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Riviera Beach, Palm Beach County, Florida, authorizing piggybacking the City of Delray Beach’s contract with One Parking, LLC. under City of Delray Beach Request for Proposal 2022-038, awarding a contract to One Parking, LLC. to provide comprehensive parking management and enforcement services, and authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute same; and providing for an effective date.

11.c Resolution Number 3-24: A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Riviera Beach, Palm Beach County, Florida establishing the rates, fees and penalties associated with the Parking Ordinance pertaining to the City’s parking system; authorizing the City Manager to amend rates from time to time; and providing for an effective date.
