7.a Resolution 10-24UD: A Resolution of the Board of Directors of the City of COMMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC - Non-Agenda Item Speakers (Three Minute Limitation) Public Comments for this emergency meeting will occur at such time as deemed appropriate by the governing body. Riviera Beach Utility Special District, Palm Beach County, Florida, approving the proposal from Globaltech to perform engineering design and construction services for the raw water wells and transmission system, as needed to upgrade the systems to meet the requirements necessary for the new water treatment facility; piggybacking a Palm Beach County contract awarded to Globaltech and authorizing the Utility Special District Finance Director to make payments from project number 23039, in an amount not to exceed $4,883,045.74; and providing an effective date.
