9.a Ordinance Number 4261: An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Riviera Beach, Palm Beach County, Florida, amending City Code of Ordinances Chapter 31 (ZA-24-0001), on behalf of 4142 Leo Lane and Sinatra & Co (Applicant), approving a rezoning amendment application to rezone a +/- 2.5148 acre parcel located at 4142 Leo Lane (PCN 56-42-42-25- 00-000-1170) from a low density multifamily dwelling district (RML-12) to a multifamily dwelling district (RM-15); providing for applicability, conflicts, severability and codification; and providing for an effective date.

11.a Resolution Number 110-24: A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Riviera Beach, Palm Beach County, Florida; authorizing an emergency procurement request to obtain repairs for the Riviera Beach Floating Deck; authorizing Seven Kings Management Inc. to enter into an agreement with Native Welding and Fabrication LLC, to provide repairs for the Riviera Beach floating deck project, in an amount not to exceed $715,000; authorizing the City Manager to authorize change orders not exceed 10% of COMMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC - 7:30 PM Non-Agenda Item Speakers (Three- Minute Limitation) Public Comments shall begin at 7:30 PM unless there is no further business of the City Council, which in that event, it shall begin sooner. In addition, if an item is being considered at 7:30 PM, then comments from the public shall begin immediately after the item has been concluded. REGULAR AGENDA the total contract award; and providing an effective date.
