2.a Resolution Number 001-25UD: A Resolution of the Board of Directors of the City of Riviera Beach Utility Special District (the “District”), Palm Beach County, Florida, accepting the City of Riviera Beach Utility Special District 2024 Water and Wastewater Utility Revenue Sufficiency and Rate Report, adopting revised rates, fees and charges for water and wastewater utility services provided by the District; incorporating whereas clauses; recognizing customer service classes; adopting revised monthly utility service charges for water and wastewater service; adopting an annual review and adjustment clause; repealing and superseding prior and conflicting Resolutions or parts of Resolutions; providing for severability; and providing for an effective date.

2.b Resolution Number 4-25UD: A Resolution of the Board of Directors of the City of Riviera Beach Utility Special District, Palm Beach County, Florida, authorizing the City Manager to issue a work order in an amount not to exceed a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) of $23,695,058.17 to the Haskell-CDM Smith Joint Venture for the GMP Number 3 Balance of FAS Water Supply Wells project contingent upon the Board approving a resolution accepting the City of Riviera Beach Utility Special District 2024 Water and Wastewater Utility Revenue Sufficiency and Rate Report, adopting revised rates, fees and charges for water and wastewater utility services; authorizing the Utility Special District Finance Director to make payments from Project Account Number 23039 in an amount not to exceed $23,695,058.17, contingent upon the Board approving a resolution accepting the City of Riviera Beach Utility Special District 2024 Water and Wastewater Utility Revenue Sufficiency and Rate Report, adopting revised rates, fees and charges for water and wastewater utility services; and providing an effective date.

8.a Discussing Capital Improvement Charges (Impact Fees) and Utility Special District to update the water system and wastewater system capital impact fees.
