3.d Resolution Number 1-25: A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Riviera Beach, Palm Beach County, Florida, announcing the award of the Blight Prevention Through Demolition Grant from the Solid Waste Authority in the amount of $124,500 to perform demolition of the Barracuda Bay asphalt parking and disconnects located at 1621 West Blue Heron Boulevard, Riviera Beach, Florida, legally identified as Property Control Number 56-43-42-29-04-008-0010; authorizing the Mayor and Acting City Clerk to execute an Interlocal Grant Agreement with Solid Waste Authority of Palm Beach County; authorizing the Finance Director to establish a budget; and providing an effective date.

8.a Ordinance Number 4275: An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Riviera Beach, Palm Beach County, Florida, approving a City initiated comprehensive plan amendment, on behalf of the Riviera Beach Utility Special District (Applicant); amending Infrastructure Element policies 1.2.5, 1.6.1, 1.6.2, 1.6.8, 1.8.1 and 1.8.2, the Intergovernmental Coordination Element policy 1.3.1, and associated addendum of the City’s Comprehensive Plan; providing for applicability, conflicts, severability and codification; and providing for an effective date.

11.a Resolution Number 13-25: A Resolution of the City Council, of the City of Riviera Beach, Palm Beach County Florida, approving Site Plan Application Number SP-24-0024 from J.S. Family Holdings, Inc. Gerald Properties, LLC, and Fish House Properties, LLC, (Applicants); for an Amendment to an Approved Site Plan for the Viking Sales and Service Center; the subject project is +/- 3.32 acres and is located between East 16th , East 14th Streets to the North and South, Avenue “C” to the East and North Broadway in the Downtown Core-DC Zoning District with a Downtown Mixed Use-DMU Land Use Designation; providing for an effective date and for other purposes.

11.b Resolution Number 008-25: A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Riviera Beach, Palm Beach County, Florida, directing Kaufman Lynn to award a grant(s) to _________________________ as indicated in Comprehensive Agreement section 10.8(F) as approved in Resolution 134- 22; and providing an effective date.

11.c Resolution Number 003-25: A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Riviera Beach, Palm Beach County, Florida authorizing the City Manager issue a work order to Allsite Construction of West Palm Beach Florida for Owners Representation Services for Fire Station 86 in an amount not to exceed $1.0 Million; authorizing the Director of Finance and Administrative Services to make payments for the same from project number 23083; and providing an effective date.
