11.a Resolution Number 24-25: A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Riviera Beach, Palm Beach County, Florida, authorizing the purchase of a Tactical Mobile Command Vehicle for the City’s Police Department, authorizing the use of Omnia Partners Cooperative Purchasing Contract Number 177718, authorizing the Director of Finance and Administrative Services to make payment in the amount of $724,252 to Farber Specialty Vehicles from Project Number 25021; and providing an effective date.

11.b Resolution Number 28-25: A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Riviera Beach, Palm Beach County, Florida, Authorizing the City Manager to make application to the Florida Department of Transportation (“FDOT”) for the design, install, and maintenance of community aesthetics features; authorizing the City Manager authority to execute community aesthetic feature agreement(s) with Palm Beach County and Florida Department of Transportation, attached as Exhibit A and Exhibit B; Authorizing the Chief Finance Officer to make payment from project number 25010 (Neighborhood Signage - Rebranding) in an amount not to exceed $250,000; and providing an effective date.
