6.a Resolution Number 5-25UD: A Resolution of the Board of Directors of the City of Riviera Beach Utility Special District, Palm Beach County, Florida, setting the Capital Improvement Charges (Impact Fees); authorizing the Utility Special District to update the water system and wastewater system capital impact fees; and providing for an effective date.

6.b Resolution Number 8-25UD: A Resolution of the Board of Directors of the City of Riviera Beach Utility Special District, Palm Beach County, Florida, authorizing the City Manager to issue a work order in an amount not to exceed $1,577,929.50 to Brown and Caldwell to provide owners representative services for construction of wellfield expansion recently authorized by the District Board under GMP #2 (November 20, 2024) and GMP #3 (January 15, 2025).

6.c Resolution Number 3-25UD: A Resolution of the Board of Directors of the City of Riviera Beach Utility Special District (USD), Palm Beach County, Florida accepting the recommendation of staff and authorizing the USD Chairperson and District Clerk to execute a three (3) year continuing services contract to provide professional consultation services with Brown and Caldwell Corporation, Carollo Engineers, Inc., Chen Moore and Associates, Inc., Craig A. Smith & Associates, LLC, Florida Technical Consultants, LLC, and McKim & Creed, Inc.; providing for two one-year renewal options based upon the mutual consent of the parties; and providing an effective date.

6.d Resolution Number 9-25UD: A Resolution of the Board of Directors of the City of Riviera Beach Utility Special District, Palm Beach County, Florida, authorizing the extension of the piggybacking of Florida Governmental Utility Authority (FGUA), agreement with U.S. Water Services Corporation to continue professional utility operations and maintenance staffing support services due to the water system’s process reliability, procedural, maintenance and performance challenges which has impacted compliance readiness, aesthetic characteristics of product water and the ability to meet system demands without reliance on supplemental water supplies from neighboring utilities and issue work orders in an amount not to exceed $4.2 million dollars; authorizing the Utility Special District Finance Director to make payments from Account Numbers 41131101 534000, 41131101 559990, 41131102 559990, 41131103 559990, 41131104 559990, and providing an effective date.
