3.d Resolution Number 41-25: A resolution of the City Council of the City of Riviera Beach, Palm Beach County, Florida authorizing the execution of a professional auditing services agreement between the City of Riviera Beach and CBIZ CPAs P.C for external auditing services obtained through a request for proposal no. 1130-24-4; totaling Three Hundred, Thirty-Three Thousand, Nine Hundred Thirty Dollars ($333,930) for an initial three-year period, with an option to renew for two (2) additional one (1) year renewal periods; authorizing the Director of Finance to make payments from the appropriate account; and providing an effective date.
