11.a Resolution Number 57-25: A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Riviera Beach, Palm Beach County, Florida, approving a Site Plan application (SP-24-0028) from CSA Architects on behalf of the City of Riviera Beach for a proposed new fire station (Fire Station No. 86) located at 5010 North Ocean Drive (PCN 56-43-42-22-01-000-0011) and 5020 North Ocean Drive (PCN 56-43-42-22-01-000-0021), providing for conditions of approval, providing for an effective date, and for other purposes.
