11.a Resolution Number 77-25: A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Riviera Beach, Palm Beach County, Florida, approving the Comprehensive Agreement between The City and Kaufman Lynn, Inc.; Authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the Comprehensive Agreement between Kaufman Lynn Construction, Inc., and the City of Riviera Beach to provide Design-Build Construction Services for Fire Rescue, Watermain in North Ocean, and Water Tank Facilities at Fire Station 86 at 5010 North Ocean in an amount not to exceed $33,000,000; authorizing utilization of vendors listed in Exhibit A for furniture, fixtures and equipment; authorizing Project funding in the amount of $25,000,000 from the voter approved Referendum Bonds, $5,000,000 from the Utility Special District Renewal & Replacement Fund and $3,000,000 from the Major Disaster Fund, authorizing the Chief Financial Officer to modify the Budget Appropriations accordingly, and authorizing the Chief Financial Officer to make payment from Projects 23083 – Fire Station 86; and providing an effective date.
