8.a Resolution Number 24-25UD: A Resolution of the Board of Directors of the City of Riviera Beach Utility Special District, Palm Beach County, Florida, authorizing the City Manager to issue a change order in an amount not to exceed $2,422,818.02 to the Haskell-CDM Smith Joint Venture for the design and construction of one additional Floridan Aquifer well, additional pilot testing, Avenue L roadway and drainage improvements and pretreatment modification; authorizing the Utility Special District Finance Director to make payments from Project Account Number 23039 in an amount not to exceed $2,422,818.02; and providing an effective date.

8.c Resolution Number 27-25UD: A Resolution of the Board of Directors of the City of Riviera Beach Utility Special District, Palm Beach County, Florida, approving the proposal from Chen Moore and Associates, Inc. to perform engineering services and staff augmentation to review and approve permit applications; and authorizing the Utility Special District Finance Director to make payments from account 41131101-531000, in an amount not to exceed $99,600.00.

8.d Resolution Number 28-25UD: A Resolution of the Board of Directors of the City of Riviera Beach Utility Special District, Palm Beach County, Florida, approving the rental of an emergency, stand-by generators from United Rentals (North America), Inc., a corporation authorized to do business in the State of Florida; and authorizing the Utility Special District Finance Director to make payments from Account Number 41131103-546000, repairs and maintenance, in an amount not to exceed $170,000.00; and providing an effective date.
