2.f Resolution Number 46-25UD: A Resolution of the Board of Directors of the City of Riviera Beach Utility Special District, Palm Beach County, Florida, approving the repairs and maintenance of inline instrumentation from Universal Controls in an amount not to exceed $50,000.00 from Account Number 41131103-546000, repair and maintenance of inline instrumentation for the Water Treatment Plant; and authorizing the Utility Special District Finance Director to make payments from Account Number 41131103-546000 in an amount not to exceed $50,000.00; and providing an effective date.

2.h Resolution Number 38-25UD: A Resolution of the Board of Directors of the City of Riviera Beach Utility Special District, Palm Beach County, Florida, approving the rehabilitation and repairs of the vacuum truck from Pat’s Pump and Blower in an amount not to exceed $120,000.00 from the Capital– Machinery & Equipment account number 41131104-564000; and authorizing the Utility Special District Finance Director to make payments from the Capital – Machinery & Equipment account number 41131104 564000 in an amount not to exceed $120,000.00; and providing an effective date.

2.k Resolution Number 50-25UD: A Resolution of the Board of Directors of the City of Riviera Beach Utility Special District, Palm Beach County, Florida, approving the proposal for gravity sewer main lining on 28th and 29th street from Hinterland Group Inc. in an amount not to exceed $358,185.00 from the USD Wastewater System Renewal and Replacement Project Number 23035, Sewer main line for the Sanitary Sewer Collection System; and authorizing the Utility Special District Finance Director to make payments from the USD Wastewater System Renewal and Replacement Project Number 23035 in an amount not to exceed $358,185.00; and providing an effective date.

2.n Resolution Number 48-25UD:A Resolution of the Board of Directors of the City of Riviera Beach Utility Special District, Palm Beach County, Florida, approving the removal and disposal of lime sludge using Devland Site Paving and Utilities, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $300,000.00 from the water treatment repair & maintenance Account Number 41131103-546000, sludge removal for the Water Treatment Plant; and authorizing the Utility Special District Finance Director to make payments from the water treatment repair & maintenance Account Number 41131103-546000 in an amount not to exceed $300,000.00; and providing an effective date.
