2.a Workshop Discussion on Ordinance Number 4295: An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Riviera Beach, Palm Beach County, Florida, amending a series of codes which will address matters regarding the advisory board appointment process, specifically pertaining to the Library Advisory Board, Education Advisory Committee, and the Recreation Board. The specific codes in question consist of Article Three, Section 2-42 Code 1957, Section 2-12.2.1 and Article Three, Section 2-76, code 1957, Section 2- 12.3(a). The proposed amendments include district representation, staggered terms, and an evaluation of experience and composition of prospective board members.
