2.c Resolution Number 24-26UD: A Resolution of the Board of Directors of the City of Riviera Beach Utility Special District, Palm Beach County, Florida, approving a proposal for gravity sewer main lining in the alley west of Broadway from West 20th Street to West 24th Street from Hinterland Group Inc. in an amount not to exceed $368,578.25 from the USD Wastewater System Renewal and Replacement Project Number 23035, Account Number 41231104-563000, sewer main line for the Sanitary Sewer Collection System; and authorizing the Utility Special District Finance Director to make payments from the USD Wastewater System Renewal and Replacement Project Number 23035, Account Number 41231104-563000, in an amount not to exceed $368,578.25; and providing an effective date.

4.a Election of a Chairperson and Vice-Chairperson for the Utility Special District Board of Directors in accordance with Section 3.03 of the City of Riviera Beach Utility Special District's Charter.

7.b Resolution Number 17-26UD: A Resolution of the Board of Directors of the City of Riviera Beach Utility Special District, Palm Beach County, Florida, approving a contract with Johnson-Davis, Inc. to piggyback the Lake Worth Beach contract and Hinterland Group, Inc. of Riviera Beach, Florida to piggyback the Loxahatchee River Environmental Control District contract for wastewater and irrigation quality (IQ) water general construction services and emergency on-call repair services in an amount not to exceed $600,000.00 from Account Number 41131101-559990; authorizing the City of Riviera Beach Utility Special District Chairperson and the Utility Special District Clerk to execute this contract; authorizing the Utility Special District Finance Director to make payments from Account Number 41131101-559990 in the amount up to 600,000.00 annually; and providing for an effective date.

7.c Resolution Number 20-26UD: A Resolution of the Board of Directors of the City of Riviera Beach Utility Special District, Palm Beach County, Florida, authorizing the City Manager to issue a purchase order in an amount not to exceed a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) of $37,021,475.26 to Haskell CDM Smith Joint Venture for GMP 6 for the construction of a new Raw Water Transmission Main Improvements; authorizing the Utility Special District Finance Director to make payments from Project 23046 in an amount not to exceed $37,021,475.26; and providing for an effective date.
