8.a Ordinance 4284: An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Riviera Beach, Palm Beach County, Florida, approving a Small Scale Future Land Use Map amendment to change the land use designation from Recreation (REC) to Community Facility (CF), submitted by Core and PGAL, Inc., on behalf of the City of Riviera Beach, for the purpose of constructing a new Police Department Headquarters, generally located at 1621 West Blue Heron Boulevard and identified by Property Control Numbers 56-43-42-29 04-007-0181, 56-43-42-29-04-007-0010, and 56-43-42-29-04-008-0010 along with two (2) abandoned public rights-of-way; providing for an effective date and for other purposes.
11.a Resolution Number 90-25: A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Riviera Beach, Palm Beach County, Florida, approving a Site Plan application (SP-25-0007) submitted by Core and PGAL, Inc. on behalf of the City of Riviera Beach, for the construction of a new Police Department Headquarters generally located at 1621 West Blue Heron Boulevard and identified by Property Control Numbers 56-43-42-29-04-007-0181, 56-43-42 29-04-007-0010, and 56-43-42-29-04-008-0010 along with two (2) abandoned public rights-of-way; providing for conditions of approval; providing for an effective date and for other purposes.
11.b Resolution Number 02-26: A resolution of the City Council of the City of Riviera Beach, Palm Beach County, Florida, authorizing the execution of vacant property registration contract to provide vacant property registration with the top ranked firm, Hera Property Registry, LLC., obtained through a request for qualifications no. 1186-25-4 for an initial three-year period, with an option to renew for two (2) additional one (1) year renewal options, providing that Hera Property Registry, LLC, shall remit fifty percent (50%) of each collected registration fee to the city, and providing an effective date.
11.c Resolution Number 186-25: A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Riviera Beach, Palm Beach County, Florida, authorizing the execution of a lot clearing, cutting, and related services agreement between the City Of Riviera Beach and Fresh Start Maintenance, Inc., and Arboria Landscape & Tree Care LLC, to provide lot clearing, cutting, and related services obtained through an Invitation to Bid No. 1199-25-4 for an initial three-year period, with an option to renew for two (2) additional one (1) year renewal periods; authorizing the Chief Financial Officer to make payments from 10117104 - 531000; and providing an effective date.
