3.a Resolution Number 46-26: A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Riviera Beach, Palm Beach County, Florida, authorizing the execution of a Banking Services Agreement between the City of Riviera Beach and Truist Bank, for banking services procured pursuant to Request for Proposal No. 1170-25-3, for a Five (5)-Year Term, with a minimum contract expenditure of Fifty-Two Thousand Six Hundred Nine Dollars and Four Cents ($52,609.04), with no options to renew; authorizing the Chief Financial Officer to make payment for such services; and providing an effective date.

3.k Resolution Number 99-26: A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Riviera Beach, Palm Beach County, Florida, authorizing the receipt of additional FY20-21 and FY22-23 CDBG funds in the amount of $218,000 for a total of $1,114,973 for the Lindsey Davis Senior Center (1550 28th Street); authorizing the Chief Financial Officer to amend the Project 25016 budget to $1,511,373; authorizing the Chief Financial Officer to make payment from Projects 23019-Parks Master Plan and 25016 Lindsey Davis Renovations; and providing an effective date.
