7.a Resolution Number 35-26UD: A Resolution of the Board of Directors of the City of Riviera Beach Utility Special District, Palm Beach County, Florida, approving the use of the Alternate Contract Source (ACS) No. 43230000 NAPSO-16-ACS for Cloud Solutions for Check Point’s Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) platform and FortiGate Rugged 70G-5G-DUAL for SCADA Upgrades from Atlantic Data Security in an amount not to exceed $628,791.00 from Project Code 18146, SCADA Upgrades account; and authorizing the Utility Special District Finance Director to make payments from Project Code 18146 in an amount not to exceed $628,791.00; and providing an effective date.

7.b. Resolution Number 37-26UD: A Resolution of the Board of Directors of the City of Riviera Beach Utility Special District, Palm Beach County, Florida, retroactively approving the repair of a two wastewater collections force main one on Blue Heron and Gardens and the other by The Hinterland Group, in accordance to Loxahatchee River Environmental Control District piggyback contract IBT#24-001-00131 for Wastewater and I.Q. Water General Construction Services and Emergency/On-Call Repair Services in an amount not to exceed $305,767.47 from Project Code 23035, emergency repair; and authorizing the Utility Special District Finance Director to make payments from Project Code 23035 in an amount not to exceed $305,767.47; and providing an effective date.

Resolution Number 39-26UD: A Resolution of the Board of Directors of the City of Riviera Beach Utility Special District, Palm Beach County, Florida, utilizing the previously adopted piggyback agreement with Murphy Pipeline Contractors using the City of Clearwater and approval of a purchase order in the amount of $993,612.15 to Murphy Pipeline Contractors from Account Number 41131104-563000, repairs and maintenance account; and authorizing the Utility Special District Finance Director to make payments from Account Number 41131104-563000 in an amount not to exceed $993,612.15; and providing an effective date.
