DBA Creative Contracting Gorup for repairs and improvements to Kiosks 1-4 located in the Bicentennial Park area at 190 East 13th Street, Riviera Beach, Florida in an amount not to exceed $131,400.00

7.b Resolution No. 2026 - 12 Authorizing the approval of a Triparty Agreement between the City of Riviera Beach (City), the Riviera Beach Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) and Marina Annex Housing, LLC. (Developer) for CRA funding of impact fees and utility connection fees associated with the Marina Annex Workforce Housing Project at 251 W. 11th Street in the amount not to exceed $2.8 million; authorizing the execution of the agreement and providing an effective date in accordance with applicable resolution and fee schedule.
